Turn Around Time
Current turn around time is 3 days for in stock polishes. 2-3 weeks for custom or out of stock polish.
Shipping & Handling
I ship all orders via USPS. Flat rate shipping of $5 for all orders. Shipping notifications are sent to you using your provided email. Orders will have a delivery confirmation that may provide tracking information. I would love to control the shipping companies, but since I can not, the time from when your order leaves my hands and when it gets to you, is up to them. If you feel your order has exceeded a reasonable amount of time to arrive, please contact me.
I currently offer free shipping on all US orders over $100.
If your order is returned due to incorrect information supplied at checkout, I will not refund shipping costs. Package can be reshipped at buyers expense or order refunded minus shipping costs. If you provide an incorrect address, and your order is already shipped, the post office may be able to redirect, for a fee.
Orders over $250 will require a signature confirmation for your protection.
I can not ship nail polish outside of the US, including APO AE, APO AP, etc.
Northern Nail Polish is happy to accept PayPal and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, and Discover). Credit cards are processed when the order is placed.
Credit card declined? Make sure that you enter the billing address of the card exactly how it appears on the statement along with ensuring you enter the three digit code from the back of the card correctly. Those not matching are the two most common reasons for cards to be declined.

Returns, Damaged Items, Missing Or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives with a damaged or incorrect item, please email me with a picture of the issue within 72 hours of delivery confirmation as provided by USPS. Please include your order number and shipping information that was on your order.
Out Of Stock, Back Ordered, Or Discontinued Items
Though I try to keep all items in stock at all times, and keep accurate stock on discontinued items, mistakes do happen. If I am unable to fill part of your order I will contact you via email within 3 business days. If there is no response, I will refund you for any item I will not be able to ship within stated shipping times. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Northern Nail Polish does not test any of the products on animals. I take care not to purchase any ingredients that have been tested on animals and have verified with my suppliers that they don’t purchase from companies that test on animals, or test on animals themselves.
Northern Nail Polish products are all vegan, containing no animal products or by-products.
Storage & Product Tips
For best results – Please remember that colors can appear different on different computer screens. I do my best to ensure pictures are a match to the real thing but colors do vary depending on monitors. Each batch is made by hand, and slight variances may occur. Please shake polish well before use. Some settling is normal, as is some separation of color over time; all polish should be shaken frequently to prevent this. Polishes with a large amount of glitter may appear thick, this is normal. Polish thinner (not remover!) can be added as needed. I do suggest a base coat and a quality top coat for the best wear and smoothest feel for your nails. For easy removal, Google the ‘foil removal method.’

Do not use near open flame. Keep away from heat, sparks or flame. Do not use while smoking. Keep away from small children. Nail polish is not for internal consumption. Please use in well ventilated areas. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
