How to use: Cut out your design, peel off the clear plastic, press design face down on your nail, wet the paper completely, press for about 10 seconds, then gently peel/slide paper backing away to reveal the design. Let dry for about 1 minute and seal with 2 coats of clear top coat nail polish.
